She is an award-winning professional and a steadfast advocate when working for our clients. She has a keen eye for preparing properties for listing and finding properties that best serve our buyers' objectives. Licensed since 2013, Dulcinea works in and around Portland. She is the mother of two and wife to her high school sweetie. In her free time, she stays busy with her family, traveling, creating community, entertaining, gardening, making art, exploring, and dreaming big!

Jen Barefield
Operations Manager
Jen Barefield joins Aryne + Dulcinea’s team with a multitude of management experience including sales, logistics, and manufacturing. Jen is a whiz at project management and keeps our business at the top of its game. A California transplant, Jen is an incredible mom of two, adorer of fur babies, an avid gardener, talented ceramist, creative foodie, and friend to many! When recharging, you can find her sitting on the beach grooving to the sound of the mighty Pacific ocean.

Transaction Coordinator
Iris is a marvel with paperwork! She began her real estate career in 1990 as a receptionist for a real estate sales and mortgage office which also contained a real estate school. Her position quickly evolved into transaction coordination, loan processing, school registrar, and eventually Operations Manager for four branch offices. Although Iris was a licensed Realtor in California for 20 years, her passion has always been the inner workings of the office. Iris has transcended all area of the real estate transaction: sales, transaction coordination, financing, and accounting. She is passionate about all things real estate and is happy to have found her “home” at Living Room Realty. Moving to Portland was one of the best decisions she ever made. Her family enjoys the fresh air and outdoor activities that the Portland area has to offer. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, hiking, boating, reading, and jewelry making.
